Admissions
Children are generally admitted during the school year in which they attain their 5th birthday. We follow the Tameside Admission Policy which can be found at
www.tameside.gov.uk/schools/admissions
Opening date for applications for Reception is 1st November 2026.
All applications must be made online to Tameside Council.
Closing Date 15th January 2027
Nursery Admissions
The closing date for admission to Nursery in September 2027 is Monday, 1st February 2027. Places will be offered to children who will become 3 years old between 1st September 2026 and 31st August 2027 (and therefore born between 1st September 2023 and 31st August 2024).
Nursery place offer day is: Friday, 5th March 2027.
Accepting a place: Monday, 22nd March 2027.

Our Nursery offers places for children aged 3-4 years, Monday-Thursday 8:50am-3:20pm & Friday 8.50am-13.10pm, offering 30 hours Nursery provision.
We can also provide extended hours on a Friday afternoon making the day 8.50am - 3.20pm at the additional cost of £6 per hour.
Additional Costs:
For any nursery children that are 15+ hours per week - meaning they stay for the afternoon session also, there is a 50p snack charge per day.
We can provide a school dinner for these children at a cost of £3.48 per day (unless you are eligible for free school meals) or they can bring a packed lunch & snack from home.
Free school meals can be claimed by parents or guardians of pupil's who are on a low income, please check you eligibility by completing the application form here.
