Wraparound Care
Before and After School Club
We offer breakfast club from 7.45am and after school club provision until 6pm. Places will be bookable through ParentPay and can be booked several weeks in advance. Places are not initially limited, however, there will be a cut off for booking a place, which is, midnight on Thursday, the week before you require a place. If this deadline is missed, then we may not be able to guarantee a place, but we will wherever possible endeavour to book your child in, should you need it. Payments will need to be made at the time of booking, unfortunately, ParentPay will not allow parents to make bookings without payment. Parents who use tax free childcare will need to transfer funds over in advance to ensure their account is kept in credit so they can also make bookings on ParentPay.
Information Form
All children who will be accessing wraparound care must complete an information form. Please click the following link or scan the QR code at the bottom of the letter to access the Microsoft form. https://forms.office.com/e/PtEKayisUz

We will be unable to refund any cancelled bookings once we have surpassed the midnight on Thursday deadline. This is because we will be ensuring we have the correct staffing numbers for the whole week. If a child is poorly, we will make the exception and refund the session.
Food
Breakfast will be served from 7.45am until 8.15am. Breakfast will be a selection of cereals, fruit and toast/bagels. Children arriving after this time must come to school having already eaten. Children attending the after school club session until 4.30pm will receive a snack. Children attending the 5.30pm and 6pm sessions, will receive the same small snack, as well as a light tea.
Examples of snacks are biscuits, fruit/vegetable sticks etc.
Examples of a small tea are beans/spaghetti hoops on toast, cheese and crackers, wraps, bagels, crumpets and sandwiches etc.
Juice, milk and water will also be offered.
Tax Free Childcare
We can accept childcare vouchers from employers, as well as the government tax free childcare scheme. This scheme is for working parents and enables you to ‘get some of your income tax back.’ Guidance can be found on the government website - https://www.gov.uk/check-eligible-free-childcare-if-youre-working. In short, both parents within a household (or one if it is a single person household) must be earning £183 per week before tax and in total, less than £100,000 a year. If in doubt, please contact the school office and Mrs Johnson will be able to advise you.
Resources
Finally, if any parents/carers have any of the following in good, clean working order, that they are able to donate to our new after school club, we would be very grateful:
Dolls/accessories/prams etc.
Cars/garage/car mat
Construction toys e.g. Lego, Duplo or other building bricks
Age appropriate board games
Children’s jigsaws
Prices will be reviewed annually and any changes will be communicated a half term (6 weeks) before any changes are made.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
